I spent couple of nights in this very noisy hotel with a band just downstairs playing everyday until 11:30pm.... so if we are willing to rest and having a quiet trip avoid this place... food is ok nothing more.... a bit expensive for the quality and quantity... the only positive aspect is the localisation right on beach... staff are not really well trained and speak little English.... almost a problem for 4* hotels.... rooms are large but old despite the beautifull pictures on website... à refresh will be welcome for the price paid. Nice trick for the Web designer. A bit desapointing!!! Wifi coverage is weak and frequently down.

We stopped at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. The waitress named Nam is not customer oriented at all. She never said hello, never paid attention, I had to get up on my own and ask for the bill. terrible attitude towards customers.

I'm giving one star because of the staff. The manager at this location could careless about you as a customer. I booked this hotel for me and and some family friends back in May. Upon checking I paid an additional 7000baht to upgrade my friend and his family room. Due to some travel changes, my friend needed to leave but stayed instead because the hotel refused to refund or partial refund his room. Don't get me wrong the hotel has a nice theme and the food was good but the manager and staff do not care about you once you give them money. Agoda removed my review thats why im posting on here. Be aware of staff here if you book. Only bad experience I had in Thailand.

Visited the Café/bar for dinner. It was nice. Middle of the road prices. Not cheap but not expensive. Nice atmosphere. Good staff and service. Live music.

Terrible experience I been to Pattaya for very first time and after having long travel day I had requested reception for early checkin and very recklessly women informed me to comeback later 2PM I even ready to pay extra for early checking but she sit consider even, They would bother much on customer. My bad I booked this hotel 😏

Dated hotel but close to the beach. Rooms are ok but you can see the age. Noise from the parking lot is terrible. Guards whistling from 6am in the morning and shouting to guards tour buses and cars. Don’t come here if you want a peaceful stay or sleep past 6am.
